L’Advanced Aerial Mobility (AAM) è un trasporto del futuro, reso possibile da velivoli elettrici a decollo e atterraggio verticale (eVTOL) che volano da aeroporti esistenti, località rurali e nuove basi urbane. Il VA-X4, progettato dalla britannica Vertical Aerospace, è un aereo AAM di prima generazione. Trasporta quattro passeggeri e un pilota nei viaggi interurbani a prezzi paragonabili a quelli delle tariffe ferroviarie o dei taxi.
